Razor Kiss

Razor Kiss
There once was a child who suffered from sickness
Mouth distorted from razor sharp kisses
He tried to pretend it was all in his mind,
but when I hear his voice, I just hear mine
As hot as heroin in a heated spoon
my lust for life overcame my doom
still, there’s no sleeping for me
I’ve lost faith in the night
Love often seems like a lie
love is not safe in a world of hate
I’m leaking my bliss into a higher dream state
